Discovery
Our discovery process enables us to create an informed definition of what you want to achieve and a strategy for how we're going to deliver it.

What is it?
A consultancy phase in which we run a series of collaborative workshops and research activities that define the project goals and deliverables, a delivery strategy, schedule and budget.
What’s involved?
We run workshops drawing upon stakeholder expertise and then conduct market research, data analysis and customer interviews to build a detailed understanding of your project goals, customers and compertitors. This understanding enables us to make informed decisions around what we're going to deliver.

What’s the outcome?
At the end of this phase we’ll provide you with a discovery report that serves as a blueprint for your product, and above all, a shared vision for the project. Everything we’ve covered will be included which means you’ll have a clear idea of the project goals and a set of agreed measurements that define success. At this point we’ll also have a delivery strategy including prioritisation, schedule and budget plan.
Working with UVD was great. They were always looking to ensure that we were included in the full journey and worked with us to develop and launch a product that we're all very proud of.
